Meet Caroline: A Journey of Love, Learning, and Support

Coping with Autism was born out of one mother’s determination to understand her child’s needs—and to ensure no other family had to feel as alone or overwhelmed as she once did.

Caroline’s journey began when her daughter started showing signs of autism. Like so many parents, she was met with confusing advice, long waiting lists, and the exhausting task of trying to be a full-time carer, advocate, and researcher all at once.

But Caroline didn’t give up.

Determined to make sense of it all, she threw herself into learning, completing a Master’s degree in Autism, researching the science behind diagnosis, behaviour, and support strategies. She explored nutritional approaches, communication techniques, sensory integration therapies, and emotional well-being. All the while, she carefully tested and refined what worked, always under medical supervision and with her daughter’s well-being at the heart of everything.

That journey changed her life. And now, through Coping with Autism, she’s changing others’ lives too.

Caroline’s Background Includes:

  • MA in Autism, with research into diagnosis best practices, neurological function, and nutritional support
  • Certified practitioner in a range of complementary therapies including EFT, NLP, RMT, and Sound Healing
  • Member of multiple professional bodies, including the Complementary Medical Association, EFT International, RMTi, and ACAMH
  • Years of hands-on experience supporting not only her own child, but countless families navigating similar paths
